You know: Affordable, simple, height adjustable, and robust of course. That was the brief we were given for the table to be used in a community center in Tsalala, a neighborhood of Matola in Mozambique. We developed ZALALA since we were approached by Participamoz, an association which supports the planning and extension of the center financially and with professional advice. A table was needed for three new classrooms in which kids will be teached during daytime and adults will take courses/work in the evenings. Its Z shape does this perfectly. Affordable, simple, height adjustable, and robust. You know. The table is manufactured in the Tsalala neighbourhood, in a training center for carpenters. The table you can buy comes out of our CNC machine, either fully assembled or in a DO-IT-YOUR-SELF version.
